Matthew Paul leads Spring's vision and management.
Matt brings his energy to all of Spring’s ventures and works cross functionally with the portfolio companies as they experience hyper growth. Matt also focuses on evaluating new investment opportunities and ensuring they align with Spring’s thesis. Prior to joining Spring, Matt worked at a M&A advisory firm where he partnered with clients to strategize for and through acquisitions and organic growth. His time in consulting brought him close with management teams and private equity sponsors as they navigated the lifecycles of investments.
